What size Loops belt should I order?

Measure your waist in inches where you normally wear your belt. XS fits 22-25 inches, S fits 26-29 inches, M fits 30-34 inches, L fits 35-39 inches, and XL fits 40-44 inches. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Are Loops belts unisex?

Yes. Loops belts are fully unisex with a clean, buckle-free design that works for men, women, and kids. Sizes range from XS (22 inches) to XL (44 inches).

Do Loops belts fit children?

Yes. The XS size fits waists from 22 to 25 inches, which works for most older children and teens. Because there is no metal buckle or prong, it is also safer and more comfortable for kids than a traditional belt.

Will a Loops belt fit my pants?

Loops belts fit through any standard belt loop on pants, jeans, chinos, shorts, dress trousers, and golf pants. If your pants have belt loops, a Loops belt will work.

What are Loops belts made from?

Loops belts are made from 100 percent compression-molded silicone. There is no metal, leather, fabric, or elastic anywhere in the belt. The silicone is soft, flexible, waterproof, and extremely durable.

How does the buckle-free locking mechanism work?

Loops uses a patent-pending internal locking mechanism inspired by the Apple Watch band. Thread the belt through your belt loops, slide the end through the internal channel, and it locks in place. No buckle, no prong, no clasp. It adjusts to any position without pre-set holes.

Is a Loops belt really 100 percent metal-free?

Yes. Unlike most belts marketed as buckle-free or metal-free that still use a plastic buckle on a leather strap, Loops belts contain zero metal and zero hardware of any kind. The entire belt, strap and closure, is silicone.

Are Loops belts waterproof?

Yes. Silicone is naturally waterproof and non-absorbent. Wear it in rain, at the pool, at the beach, or during workouts. Rinse under water to clean. It dries instantly and will not develop odor or mold.

How durable is a Loops belt?

Extremely durable. Compression-molded silicone resists cracking, stretching, fading, and UV damage. Unlike leather belts that crack and show wear over time, a Loops belt maintains its shape and appearance with daily use.

What colors do Loops belts come in?

Loops belts are available in Black, Brown, Orange, Navy, White, and Grey. Black and Brown work with everything from suits to jeans. Orange and Navy are popular with golfers and anyone who wants a pop of color.

Can I wear a Loops belt through airport security?

Yes. Because there is no metal anywhere in the belt, no buckle, no hardware, no rivets, no snaps, a Loops belt will not trigger metal detectors at TSA checkpoints. You can keep your belt on the entire time.

Why do other metal-free belts still set off detectors?

Most belts labeled metal-free still contain small metal components like rivets, snaps, magnetic clasps, or ratchet mechanisms. Even polymer buckles are sometimes attached with metal hardware. Loops is different because the entire belt is a single silicone material with a fully non-metallic internal locking system.

How do I clean my Loops belt?

Rinse it under water or wipe it with a damp cloth. Silicone does not absorb moisture, sweat, or dirt. It air-dries in seconds.

Who makes Loops belts?

Loops is a family-run business founded by Steve Laugtug. It started as a kitchen-table idea when the family could not find a belt that was comfortable, functional, and travel-friendly. Today, Loops is run by a small family team making belts they believe in.
